Where Zoho wins
Price. At $3-8 per user per month, Zoho is one of the cheapest bug trackers on the market. If budget is your primary constraint and you only need bug tracking, Zoho is the clear choice.
Integrations. Zoho connects to GitHub, Bitbucket, and the broader Zoho ecosystem (Desk, Analytics, Books). Pandora doesn't have third-party integrations yet.
Mobile apps. Zoho has native iOS and Android apps. Pandora is web-only for now.
Multi-language. Zoho supports 17 languages. Pandora is English only.
